This was my first and last experience with Italian Dreams. I ordered delivery, got the "wrong" pizza, and received very poor service after that. I work in a restaurant and very rarely make a complaint, but when I called to talk to the manager he was rude and did nothing to try to satisfy my order. Basically, there was a miscommunication in my order because the menu online is not necessarily the menu for the St. Charles location. Like I mentioned, I will not be ordering from here again!

I am a regular customer here, so this review is based off of more than one order. The pizza is good here, best in these crappy far Western Suburbs. This place is as good as any run of the mill neighborhood pizza place in Chicago (which is better than anything not from the city). I usually order the Italian Supreme thin crust or a deep dish with sausage, onions, green pepper, and mushroom. Both are good and way better than any pizza you will get in the area. Customer service? Who cares, it is a small pizza place not a sit down restaurant. They are not rude and will tell you how long you got left on your pizza if it is not done. Value? Excellent, especially if you order off their specialty pizza menu and use their coupons. I don't order pizza from anywhere else in the area now, because really this is the best place in the Elgin-Aurora area.

This dump is located or part of Rosatis pizza as they share a common door. The pasta here is so bad whether it is ravioli or lasagna. The smell of this place is awful and it is run by obviously non-Italians who know nothing of the fine arts of making good pasta instead ordering the cheapest ingredients in order to make as much profit as possible. Stay clear of this place and Rosatis Pizza

I'm a big fan of the pizza. The sauce is delicious! I love their bread sticks with cheese, and the calzones are out of this world! Typically have quick delivery. It's a bit pricey, so that's why I gave them the 4-star review.

the pizza is really good! My husband and I love the Italian supreme! Great combo of flavor and ingredients. The reason I only have 3 stars is because their customer service sucks! every time we order the person who takes our order is an idiot. I have to repeat back what I want several times. Tonight we ordered a half western bbq and half pepperoni and they put bbq sauce on the whole pizza...when I called to complain the guy didn't understand why I was upset. Great pizza along with a superior lack of intelligence.
